KUALA KANGSAR, April 28 (Bernama) — Perak will collaborate with states with which it shares a common border to promote industrial development and tourism, even if they are ruled by the opposition, Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir said on Wednesday.
