KUALA KANGSAR, April 28 — Perak will collaborate with states with which it shares a common border to promote industrial development and tourism, even if they are ruled by the opposition, Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir (picture) said today. Perak shares its border with Kelantan, Penang, Kedah, Selangor and Pahang, all of which, except Pahang, are ruled by the Pakatan Rakyat.
