TAIPING – MAS Selamat Kastari, one of the region’s most wanted terrorists who was recaptured in April, is being kept under tight watch in Perak’s Kamunting detention centre, a Chinese-language newspaper reported on Saturday. He is in detention with seven other members of terrorist group Jemaah Islamiah (JI), Nanyang Siang Pau reported.
